Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using PlanMundo (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who we are
The App is provided by PlanMundo (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
PlanMundo is a mobile application that helps users plan trips, organise notes and expenses, view weather and maps, translate text from photos, access third-party booking links, and use various travel tools. Features may change over time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App.
- You may need an account for cloud sync. Sign-in is currently via Google.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are used fraudulently.
4. Free features and subscriptions
- The planner, City Breaks and Places remain usable without a paid plan.
- Premium extras (additional curated packs, analysis, Paths, extra bucket lists and export downloads) require an active subscription where offered.
- Payments are processed by Google Play (and Apple if we ship there). We do not process cards directly.
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the store account. Deleting the App or a PlanMundo account does not cancel a store subscription.
- Refunds follow the store’s rules.
5. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer (except as law allows), disrupt, or use the App unlawfully or to build a competing product.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of trips, notes, expenses and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it so we can provide the App, including sync. Do not store illegal or infringing content.
7. Third-party services
Weather, maps, currency, booking sites and Google sign-in are third-party services with their own terms. Bookings you make on those sites are between you and that provider.
8. Privacy
Personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that weather, maps, rates, translations or booking links are complete or current. Travel decisions are yours.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some places do not allow these limits.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account in the App or at planmundo.com/delete-account. We may suspend access for breach, legal reasons, or if we discontinue the App.
13. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. The revised Terms will be posted here and in the App. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App and cancel any subscription.
14. Governing law
If informal resolution with us fails, disputes are handled under the laws and courts that apply to your consumer residence where required (including the EEA and UK). Otherwise, contact us first at the address below.
