Delete PlanMundo data
Use this page when you want data removed but want to keep your PlanMundo account. To close the account itself, use delete account.
In the app
- Open PlanMundo.
- Delete individual trips, notes, places or expenses inside those screens.
- To wipe this phone only: Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete all local data.
- To wipe the signed-in cloud copy but keep the account: Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete cloud backup.
On the web
Email us from the Google address you used in PlanMundo:
Say whether you want all cloud data deleted or only certain items (for example one trip). We will process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
- The cloud copy of the items you named, or all synced trips, notes, places, expenses, bucket list and preferences if you asked for everything
What is kept
- Your PlanMundo account and Google sign-in
- Data only on a device, unless you also delete local data in the app or uninstall
- Subscription status held by Google Play, until you cancel there
- A minimal record of the request (email and date) for up to 12 months
